The staff were the most helpful, accommodating and genuine I've encountered so far, specially Will at front desk. Rooms spacious and comfortable beds. Very clean and you've everything you need (even toothbrush) in the bathroom. Breakfast excellent with a array of various food to chose from(western and Vietnamise). I enjoyed my stay there.

Great location. Easy to find for GRAB riders (the local ride share) Being in District 3, it’s a bit away from the hustle & bustle of District 1 which was actually quite peaceful..!! Takes 15-20 mins on GRAB to get to most places in District 1 Rooftop pool is great, but it was too chilly for a pool dip so I just sweated in the sauna which is adjacent..!! The Rooftop Garden is a good place to zen out. Pre covid they had a bar up there which I was informed has not been started since. The staff were really helpful and stored my luggage while I was in Saigon for a few days. Breakfast is scrumptious, basic Vietnamese / continental and great value for money 10/10 for Breakfast ..!! Room was quite clean and facing a quiet alley which was great..!! I would definitely recommend staying at this property and would surely stay again on my next visit to the city..!!

Clean hotel, good breakfast with very good coffee, stuff very, very kind and helpful, but for someone who want to visit the old center and doesn't have too much time, it seems a bit far away. I use to walk a lot and when i say a lot, like 20-25km/day but this time my time was limited. I arrived in the afternoon and cjeck-out next day 11 o'clock. The neighborhood are interesting if you have the curiosity and want to see a vietnamese neighborhood, i went to drink a coffee in a very nice place, i ate a good pho, no touristic places and people friendly. Specially the suff, is greate!

Though language was a barrier sometimes but the housekeeping staff was excellent they made sure they kept the rooms clean....Even the restaurant staff were super helpful and kind...and same goes to the reception as well. To summarize we would like to thank the entire team for an exceptional service and always being there when we needed something especially when you travel with a child.

Nice fittings and comfy room. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Nice area to walk around. Very nice rooftop setup, loved the sauna and fitness space.

The staff was excellent...facilities were great, especially for the price. Good atmosphere. Very relaxing. Non-tourist area, but close to many things and places. Good food at the hotels restaurant. Everything there exceeded my expectations
